Prepress Team

Computer-to-plate technology has been in place since 2000.
Sharper more vibrant color with greater control of dot gain and
register.
Computer to Plate technology allows our prepress team to apply
dot gain or cut back curves according to the substrate your work will be printed on.
This insures that no matter what substrate you decide to print on the
end
result is perfection!
Our Pressroom
features 2 six color 40" Akiyamas with aqueous coating and
also a 4 color 40" Akiyama. We have found over the years that
Akiyama builds
the most reliable press on the market today. Akiyama presses also
feature the strongest ink train and sheet transfer system in the
industry.
Beautiful solids and clean crisp images are just 2 of the reasons
American Sheetfed relies on Akiyama presses.
UV Coating
is now available in-house. American Sheetfed has just
installed a Harris LUP with a Rapidac U.V. coating system.

Sheetfed's full-service Bindery
gives us greater quality control and scheduling flexibility.

us to hit tight deadlines in today's fast paced
